Andon Zako %C3%87ajupi

Andon Zako ajupi was a leading Albanian rilindas, poet, and playwright writer that actively participated in the Albanian National Awakening.

He was born in the village of Sheper, Upper Zagoria, Albania, then Ottoman Empire, on March 27, 1866. ajupis father, Harito Zako, was a tobacco merchant, with a business extending throughout the thenOttoman Empire and also into Italy and other parts of western Europe.
